Pro-Tec Ultimate Combination Plan
Annual Cost $299
Plan Benefits
- Up to 10% off future services
- Priority scheduling
- Two air tune-ups per year, covering up to three systems
- One visual inspection per year, with one standard water heater flush
Air conditioning maintenance twice yearly includes:
- Confirm proper cooling and temperature split
- Replace or install filter media up to 3 standard 1” air filters -OR- replace up to 3 standard filters provided by the homeowner
- Flush and clean condensate drain line
- Clean primary drain pan
- Environmentally safe outdoor coil cleaning
- Test all safety sensors and/or switches
- Electrical testing of all unit connections and components
- Monitor refrigerant pressures
- Inspect and clean indoor coil and blower wheel
- Check for proper airflow
- Inspect duct system
- Clean condensate pump
- Replace batteries in all thermostats
- Inspect heater
Annual plumbing inspection includes:
- All supply lines and all interior and exterior shut-off valves
- Faucets and connections
- Drain lines, Toilets and Exterior spigots
- Refrigerator supply lines
- Garbage disposal(s)
- Dishwasher supply and drain lines
- Washing machine hoses, drain lines, and shut-off valves
Pro-Tec Deluxe HVAC Plan
This plan focuses on your home’s air conditioner to ensure it is ready to weather the next heat wave or cold front.

Terms
- LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS: The Annual Plumbing and HVAC Membership Agreement applies only to single-family residences. Furthermore, all inspections will be limited to cover only visible plumbing systems. Additional coupons, promotions and discounts will not be applied to services rendered under this Agreement. This Agreement only applies to preventative maintenance and will not cover any needed parts. The Contractor shall not be responsible for the cost of service or parts that third parties provide. Repair or replacement of parts or fixtures is not included under this Agreement. Any alteration to, or deviation from, this Agreement, involving additional services or cost of materials, will be an additional expense for the Customer, at the Contractor’s then-prevailing rates.
- DURATION AND PAYMENT: This Agreement shall be effective for the term of 12 (twelve) months and will auto-renew upon the agreement anniversary date. Non-renewal may take place with written direction from the homeowner no later than two weeks prior to the anniversary date.
- CANCELLATION: The Contractor may cancel this Agreement at any time, with or without cause. Any changes, adjustments or repairs made by third parties, unless approved by the Contractor, may terminate this Agreement.
- MODIFICATION: This Agreement can only be modified in writing and such modification must be signed by the Contractor and the Customer.
- WARRANTY: The Contractor disclaims all implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose. The Contractor disclaims the implied warranty that the services performed will provide correction or protection against all plumbing failures. The Customer hereby agrees that the Contractor will not be responsible for the loss of use, loss of profit, increased operating or maintenance expenses, illness, or injury, claims of the Customer’s tenants or clients, or any direct, indirect, special or consequential damages caused by a delay, failure to service, unavailability of parts, labor difficulties and other conditions beyond the control of the Contractor.
- LIABILITY: The Contractor will not be liable for any damages or repairs that occur because of faulty installation by third parties, misuse, neglect, theft or acts of nature. The Contractor shall not be liable for any delay, loss, damage or detention caused by unavailability of machinery, equipment, or materials, forces of nature or by any cause beyond the Contractor’s control. The Contractor will not be liable for any damages that result from the Customer’s failure to promptly notify the Contractor of the condition of the plumbing and any parts thereof. The customer shall indemnify the Contractor, to the fullest extent permitted by law, and hold harmless the Contractor, its agent, employee from and against all claims arising out of or resulting from the performance of work hereunder.
- EMERGENCY SERVICE: The Contractor does not guarantee 24-hour response time for emergency services during extreme weather conditions, including, but not limited to, flooding and hurricanes. The Contractor reserves the right to use their discretion as to what qualifies as an emergency service.
- HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCES AND MATERIALS: This Agreement does not contemplate the removal of mold, asbestos or other hazardous substances and materials. If such hazardous materials are encountered, the Contractor will immediately cease work until such materials are properly disposed of.
- ARBITRATION OF DISPUTES: The Contractor and Customer hereby agree to resolve all disputes arising out of this Agreement through binding arbitration administered in accordance with the Construction Industry Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Conditions
- All Pro-Tec Plumbing & Air membership plans are 12 months in length and non-refundable.
- Your annual membership will auto-renew. The member’s credit card on file will be automatically charged for your renewal on your anniversary date.
- Non-renewals must be provided in writing (handwritten or email) at least two weeks prior to your anniversary. Voicemails and verbal communication will not be accepted.
- The 10% membership discount does not apply to re-pipe estimates, special projects, bid work and air conditioning unit replacements.
- Plan discounts do not combine with monthly posted specials. A member will receive the greater of the two discounts.
- Plumbing inspections are visual in nature only. Recommendations are based on visual plumbing components only.
- Pro-Tec Plumbing & Air is not responsible for providing traditional air filters when a member has an HVAC or combination membership; however, throw away media filters are provided.
- All Pro-Tec Plumbing & Air membership agreements are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- User error calls may be charged our normal flat-rate fee.
- Pro-Tec Plumbing & Air reserves the right to stop service or cancel the membership at any time. Your agreement will be refunded at a pro-rated figure based upon the day the agreement was cancelled.
- Pro-Tec Plumbing & Air is not liable for any voltage-related issues stemming from the customer’s electric company. Pro-Tec Plumbing & Air is also not liable for any problems that occur from Acts of God/Nature.
- Issues relating to a previously identified problem, that the customer has not agreed to have work performed, will not be the responsibility of Pro-Tec Plumbing & Air. Any service calls relating to such recommended repairs will be charged at a normal service charge and hourly rate.
- Refrigerant is not covered under any Pro-Tec Plumbing & Air membership plan. Any addition or removal of refrigerant will be charged at the normal service rate.
- Pro-Tec Plumbing & Air does not guarantee or warranty any drain clearing services.
- Pro-Tec Plumbing & Air is not responsible for issues arising from common or community drain line(s) and will charge accordingly for service calls relating to such.
- Standard Thermostat Parts and Labor Coverage will only be extended to thermostats with normal wear and tear, not customer negligence. Thermostats that are included in this coverage will be replaced with a digital nonprogrammable single-stage thermostat. Any thermostat with higher capabilities will be charged for accordingly.
- Pro-Tec Plumbing & Air reserves the right to use their discretion as to what qualifies as “Same Day” service.
- Pro-Tec Plumbing & Air will not be liable for any damages or repairs that occur because of faulty installation by third parties, misuse, neglect, theft or acts of nature. Repair or replacement of parts or fixtures is not included under this agreement, involving additional services, or cost of materials, will be an additional expense for the Customer, at Pro-Tec Plumbing & Air then prevailing rates.
- A Pro-Tec Plumbing & Air service agreement applies to single-family residence only (Free-Standing Home, Condominium or Townhome)
- Our Membership Agreement covers only maintenance and does not cover parts necessary to make repairs. Parts will be installed with the customer’s approval and at the customer’s expense.
- Customer agrees to promptly notify Pro-Tec Plumbing & Air of any unusual operating conditions or malfunction of the subject fixtures. Any repair or replacement needed that is caused by the customer’s failure to promptly report malfunction is not included in this agreement and shall be paid for by the customer in accordance with Pro-Tec Plumbing & Air Flat Rate.
- Pro-Tec Plumbing & Air assumes no liabilities for either the quality or condition of the water or for any damages that it may cause to the fixtures.
- Any changes, adjustments or repairs made by others, unless authorized or approved by Pro-Tec Plumbing & Air may cause cancellation of this agreement.
- The full agreement price shall be due and payable immediately upon execution of this agreement.
- A service charge is defined as the current/standard flat fee for a Pro-Tec Plumbing & Air technician to come to your home. Preferred rates offered through the membership agreement do not apply to estimates provided by a Pro-Tec Plumbing & Air sales representative.
- Pro-Tec Plumbing & Air is not responsible for common pipes in multi-residential properties. Common Pipes referring to all Association owned water mains and sewer mains.
- Pro-Tec Plumbing & Air is not responsible for any other service provider turning on water to home after departure service.
- This membership agreement provides the homeowner with recommended maintenance for the plumbing system in your home and is not a guarantee to prevent failure of the plumbing systems.
- Pro-Tec Plumbing & Air and Customer hereby agree to resolve all disputes arising out of this agreement through binding arbitration administered in accordance with the Construction Industry Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association.
