During these troubling times around our country and the world, Pro-Tec Plumbing & Drains is committed to continue providing you with the quality of service you have come to expect. Our hearts go out to those who have been immediately affected by Covid-19. During these times our offices will continue to receive your calls and plumbing requests at our normal operating hours and we will update you of any upcoming changes if anything new develops.
To help protect you and our staff we have implemented the following COVID-19 measures:
- Our plumbers are equipped with face masks, gloves, and disinfectant spray to keep themselves and you protected when at your home.
- Our staff is refraining from congregating, holding meetings.
- We are implementing an email and chat format of communication to avoid face to face interactions between staff members in our offices.
- If any employee displays signs of illness he/she is required to stay at home.
These are just a few procedures we have implemented along with any other guidelines provided by the CDC like continuous handwashing, maintaining 6 feet of distance, avoiding gatherings.
